It’s here, the shortest day of the year for the Northern Hemisphere. Which serves up the darkest night to go with it. It’s also the dawn of six months of light’s increase. I’ve always felt it is nature’s underscore of the truth that the most unknowable shadows in our lives can also see an increase in understanding, bit by bit. That’s important because this week’s solstice hooks in to the eclipses of next year how you deal with what falls apart in a powerful and centered way.
